This is a lovely post. Quick question: when is your bed time? I am not a morning person and relish my evening time, but this means that mornings are usually quite stressful for me. However, your idea of building in new routines sounds amazing. I have a few things I am working on (better diet, better sleep routine, more exercise) that definitively need to be embedded as new routines...
