Really enjoyed this!

- The piece on busyness really stuck. Inspired me to share a quick note on it, as it reminded me of how I have needed physical pain to justify slowing down: https://substack.com/@brownfox/note/c-48124353?r=2urhn&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action

- I also really liked the Slow Change piece. I often am impatient with my own change expecting things to happen overnight, and that I shouldn’t struggle with something I’ve “already figured out.” But it doesn’t really work that way does it? We have to be patient. Mind moved quickly, body is slow to catch up.

Lastly re: your Q about too many / too few links, here’s what I’d say for myself: More links are great because there’s more likelihood of seeing one that really connects. At the same time, I really like your links, so I will usually go deep on them (like the above two) and then I can’t really make time for the rest. Assuming that’s fine in terms of your goals, I think it works!

I really relate to that feeling that “I’ve already figured this out”, so I shouldn’t have to deal with it again. I imagine change like a spiral, and I have to pass the same point over and over to get to the center. But each time, I’m a little closer.
