Well now, I’ve followed the same approach to eating well for years (my 3 rules are always eat breakfast, don’t eat after supper, eat more fruits and vegetables), but somehow it never occurred to me to use it elsewhere! I could really use it now to help me structure my days. I’m off to write my list of 3. Thanks Sarai!
