I have just made the Chocolate Greek Yoghurt Cakes and they are delicious I struggled with some of the weights wasn’t sure how to weigh my yoghurt or my oil butI I must of done something right because they have all turned out perfectly lovely

I prefer to weigh ingredients when I bake to using volume, since it’s more precise. I just have a cheap digital kitchen scale. Definitely one of my most used kitchen appliances!
