You might want to take a covid test. I live in Fort Worth which is right by Dallas. Covid is everywhere. A few weeks ago I had a sore throat and thought it was allergies. Turns out it was covid. I took Paxlovid and it fixed me right up. Hope you feel better soon.
What a great concept. I really like the idea of doing the minimum. I tend to be an all or nothing thinker and that if I don't have time to do it "all" perfectly then I don't do anything. A reminder that just a few minutes can be super effective is just what I needed 🩷
I hope you recover quickly and feel better soon Sarai! I love this post- I am currently between homes and I am trying so hard to keep some of my anchoring routines in place. They really help, and this is a good reminder that on really hard days a little goes a long way! I am intrigued by your “structured journaling” and would love to know how you approach that.

Thanks! I took one, but I’m not convinced. I’ll take another test today.
This is really helpful, thank you.
I’m glad!

Absolutely, I have the same tendencies. Sometimes we make things so much harder than they need to be!

I can share more about this!
